In-depth diagram and process for Mounting Cintiq 13HD, 13HD Touch, and Companion 2

There seems to be a lot of request on how to mount the newer small cintiqs, the ones contructed without armature holes in the back. This method is a great way to keep your resale value on your Cintiq if you decide to upgrade later down the road. This idea is not originally mine but originally posted by Oliver Wetter found at http://www.fantasio.info/2013/05/setting-up-wacom-cintiq-13hd-with.html. I didn't use all the supplies that Oliver suggested, but as little as I could, plus whatever I had lying around the apartment - like a chef making use of all their food, not letting it go to waste.
